Senior Jurist / Juristin in Insurance Law German French (70% - 100%)
Your daily work:
With us, you don't just solve legal cases. You advise, negotiate and ensure comprehensive legal protection for our customers with tailor-made strategies and creative solutions
You represent our private and corporate clientele with a focus on insurance law. Knowledge of liability law as well as contract law is an advantage
You are the central contact person for external lawyers and conduct negotiations with opposing parties as well as authorities
You draft submissions outside of the attorney monopoly and take responsibility for high-quality case processing
As a Senior Juristin / Jurist, you support colleagues with technical questions and promote internal know-how development
In addition to case processing, you can take on additional responsibility, for example in the active development of our services and processes, the management of our lawyer network, the supervision of trainees or in projects
What you bring with you:
You have a Swiss university degree in law (MLaw or lic. iur.); attorney patent or training in insurance law is an advantage
You have several years of professional experience, ideally in the legal profession or an insurance company
The satisfaction of your customers is important to you and you know how to communicate even complex issues in an understandable, practical and customer-oriented way
With your pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, you develop solutions that are legally convincing and economically sensible
You are assertive, flexible and possess strong negotiation skills
You keep a cool head in hectic situations and with demanding cases
You communicate with stylistic confidence and in a manner appropriate to the recipient in German and French. Further language skills, especially Italian, are a plus
You naturally and profitably use modern technologies and AI tools in your daily work
