Payroll Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks include:

• Creation of the monthly payroll runs incl. payment and settlement with social insurance providers
• Administration and settlement in case of accidents, illness, maternity/paternity, family allowances, as well as AHV registrations
• Creation of year-end settlements
• Development and preparation of statistics and key figures from the payroll program
• Quarterly and annual closing work incl. social insurance declarations
• Preparation of holiday and overtime accruals
• Maintaining contact with institutions and authorities
• Data maintenance in the personnel system Infoniqa/Sage2000
• Collaboration in time recording (plus-time)
• Collaboration in HR projects and in the optimization of HR processes
• General administrative support for the HR department
• Deputizing for the HR team and the clerk at the telephone center/reception

Our requirements are:

• Completed commercial basic training with further training as a Payroll Expert, HR Specialist, Social Insurance Specialist, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of sound professional experience in independent payroll processing
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system
• Strong specialist knowledge in the area of occupational pension schemes (BVG/Pensionskasse) as well as a good understanding of financial contexts, reconciliation and closing work
• Independent, responsible and precise way of working
• Excellent communication and advisory competence
• Strong teamwork skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation
• High IT affinity as well as enthusiasm for system-related issues, tests and the continuous optimization and digitalization of payroll processes
