Sales Assistant Internal Sales D/F 100% (m/f/d)

Introduction

Tasks

• Support and advice of customers in German and French
• Receipt and processing of customer inquiries including telephone switchboard
• Creation and follow-up of offers taking technical basics into account
• Entire order processing from entry to invoicing
• Coordination and alignment of delivery dates in cooperation with purchasing
• Maintenance and updating of customer and article master data
• General sales administration and administrative support of the sales team
• Written correspondence in German and French

Profile

• Commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in internal sales, ideally in a technically oriented environment
• Experience in reading and understanding simple technical drawings
• Proficient German skills (C2) as well as good French skills (B2)
• Very good user knowledge in MS Office as well as Abacus
• Strong communication, service-oriented, and team-capable personality
• Independent, reliable, and exact way of working
• Technical flair as well as resilience even in hectic situations
