We have a unique opportunity for you! To meet the needs of our client, we are looking for a:

Gemstone Quality Method Agent [H/F/X]

Responsibilities

• Ensure the programming and dimensional control of gemstones using optical measuring machines such as Keyence and Mitutoyo
• Operate the Optec sorting machine
• Create, structure, and maintain control sequences on the Ellisetting software
• Participate in the definition and implementation of quality processes related to this activity
• Be proactive in a continuous improvement logic
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, quality, methods)

Profile

• You hold a qualification in the field of quality, micromechanics, watchmaking, or have equivalent experience
• You benefit from proven experience in metrology and demonstrate a strong interest in quality control, ideally in a watchmaking environment
• You master optical measuring tools, notably Keyence and Mitutoyo
• You are comfortable with the creation of control sequences as well as with the structuring and optimization of processes
• You are a rigorous, autonomous, and organized person, endowed with a good analytical spirit and capable of working effectively within a multidisciplinary team
