Foreman (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
Independent management and organization of construction sites in structural and/or civil engineering
Coordination and leadership of the deployed work teams
Coordination and cooperation with subcontractors and other project participants
Ensuring a smooth and efficient construction process
Organization of daily work on the construction site
Allocation of personnel, material, machines, and other resources
Monitoring the performed work regarding quality and execution
Control of agreed deadlines and construction progress
Ensuring the applicable safety regulations on the construction site
Support of the construction management with organizational and technical tasks
Active collaboration on the construction site when necessary
Early recognition of problems and initiation of suitable measures
Communication with construction management, employees, and external partners
Ensuring clean, reliable, and professional work execution
Responsibility for a structured and well-organized construction site operation

Your profile:
Completed training in the construction industry or many years of practical professional experience
Several years of experience on construction sites in structural and/or civil engineering
Leadership experience as a foreman, supervisor, or in a comparable function
Experience in the organization and coordination of construction sites
Good knowledge of construction processes and work processes
Very good German language skills
Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
Good organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility
Confident appearance towards employees and other project participants
Team-oriented and solution-oriented way of working
High commitment and readiness to perform
Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations
Assertiveness and clear communication
High awareness of quality and safety
