As Head of HRM, you give this diversity a direction and, together with your team of around forty people, shape the cooperation at Kantonsspital Graubünden.

You are present, at eye level, and know how to transfer different interests into a common HR alignment. At the same time, do you want to actively shape things strategically and operatively while being really close to the people? These are your tasks ##

This is what you bring with you ##

• You drive the further development of HR strategy, processes, structures and instruments and provide impulses for a modern, service-oriented HRM
• You lead the HRM department professionally and personally, develop it further together with the department heads, transfer responsibility and simultaneously provide orientation
• You set priorities in employer attractiveness, securing skilled workers, personnel development and culture
• You actively contribute the HR perspective to corporate development, accompany change processes and are a sparring partner for managers at all levels
• Experience in leading managers, ideally in a complex HRM environment, preferably in healthcare
• Entrepreneurial thinking and an understanding of the connections between people, organization, economic efficiency and the service mandate
• Clear, binding and target-group-oriented communication - you convince in dialogue, listen actively and know how to bring different interests together
• A confident and solution-oriented appearance, even in demanding situations, high social competence as well as knowledge of the relevant labor law and personnel management framework conditions in Switzerland
