For our Corporate Service Center Dübendorf site, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, an Regional Education Officer 80-100% Your tasks • Preparation, implementation and monitoring of structured supervision visits in Tertianum establishments in order to ensure the quality of training for apprentices and students (nursing as well as other professions) • Intensive training and support if necessary for the BBV/BB roles in the establishments • Support and communication in demanding situations, with key internal interlocutors, schools and training offices • Active participation in Tertianum's training and development initiatives • Support in the recruitment of apprentices and students Your profile • Completed training in the field of nursing (at least tertiary level) as well as solid experience in vocational training (BB/BV function and experience in care management) • SVEB 2 certificate or equivalent training • Proven skills in consulting, stress resistance and the ability to integrate quickly into new teams/structures and to pragmatically initiate changes • High availability for travel in the assigned regions, flexibility and willingness for phases of stationary presence in the short or medium term in the establishments.
