Our client is an internationally active company and is among the leading players in the gastronomy industry. In Switzerland, the company has a large network of franchise operations.

Your tasks at your new employer ###

• You support the franchise operations in German-speaking Switzerland and advise the franchisees on all HR topics.
• You conduct HR audits in the restaurants, prepare for them, and ensure compliance with HR standards.
• You coach your contact persons and advance HR topics with diplomatic skill and persuasiveness.
• You are regularly on-site and organize your appointments and travels largely independently.
• Additionally, you are on-site at the headquarters in Crissier near Lausanne at least once a month.

You offer your new employer ###

• You have sound HR experience, ideally as an HR Business Partner, as well as a confident appearance.
• Experience in retail, gastronomy, the franchise environment, or in a decentralized company is an advantage.
• You have strong advisory skills, are diplomatic, and can simultaneously assert yourself well.
• German is your native language and you have good English skills.
• You bring a willingness to travel within German-speaking Switzerland.
