Material Supply Planner

As a Material Supply Planner, you are responsible for the holistic disposition, planning, and control of materials along the supply chain with the goal of ensuring high material availability, identifying risks early, and continuously optimizing relevant KPIs such as OTIF, inventory, and inventory turnover. Your main tasks include: Disposition (quantities and dates) of assigned materials in SAP along the supply chain Planning and control of material, procurement, and production orders in SAP under ongoing monitoring of requirements, inventory, and deadlines to ensure material availability Active deadline tracking and prioritization as well as initiation of measures in case of deviations, bottlenecks, or risks Coordination with suppliers and production as well as close cooperation with strategic purchasing, QM, customer service, finance, and other interfaces Maintenance and further development of master and planning data in SAP Early identification of risks and supply bottlenecks as well as coordination of necessary adjustments with supply planning and participation in the monitoring and improvement of relevant KPIs (e.g. OTIF, inventory turnover, complaints) KPI: Co-responsibility for monitoring, analyzing, and continuously improving the relevant key figures in the area of responsibility, in particular inventory value, inventory turnover, customer delivery reliability (OTIF) Completed commercial training or technical basic training with commercial further education Sound experience in material disposition, material planning, or operational purchasing Experience in a manufacturing company is necessary Used to working in a process-oriented manner Very good user knowledge in SAP (PP and MM modules), other modules are an advantage German language skills in word and writing, English and French are an advantage Analytical thinking and pragmatic action Enjoy working in a lively environment with a diverse range of tasks We offer: A globally active Swiss family business with a very good market position and innovative high-performance solutions An appreciative corporate culture and motivated employees who will help you master the daily challenges The advantages of a medium-sized company as well as those of an international corporation The opportunity to work on future-oriented technologies Many other benefits such as flexible working hours, a wide range of internal further training, parking spaces, additional bridge days, modern workplaces, and much more People, Passion, Performance, Partnership are our values that we live by.
