The Kirchgemeinde Thun is a vibrant, diverse, and future-oriented community with a motivated team of employees. As a :in and coordinator of a team, you support the church and cultural offerings of the Kirchgemeinde.
We are looking for per 1. Januar 2027 or by arrangement
Caretaker / :in (Team Coordinator) 100%
Your tasks:

• You coordinate the work assignments of your employees and delegate tasks in a meaningful way
• You look after church events and, on a representative basis, services as :in
• You support organizers during various events
• You maintain the church rooms, buildings, and the surrounding area
• You operate technical devices and the electronic control of churches

Requirements:

• You have completed vocational training
• You are willing to complete the sacristan course
• You enjoy being a host and have polished manners
• You are a reliable, flexible, and team-oriented personality
• You have a positive attitude towards the Reformed Church
• You can well integrate irregular working hours (Sundays and public holidays, evening shifts) into your life
• You live in the vicinity of Thun and can reach the city center within 30 minutes
• You have good PC and Office skills
