Facility Manager

We are looking for a Facility Manager to ensure the operational management of General Services (facility management) and guarantee the proper functioning of our buildings and infrastructure at our two sites in Bulle and Denges. Your activity will be primarily based in Bulle.

Reporting to the Director of Shared Services, you are responsible for the organization of activities, the supervision of the team, and the coordination of interventions. You will also actively participate in the operational tasks of building maintenance and operation. You will ensure the proper functioning of the installations, the quality of services, and the security of the infrastructure, in collaboration with the Maintenance department for specific technical aspects.

Your main responsibilities:

• Team management: organize and distribute tasks, define priorities, supervise employees, and control the quality of work.
• Building maintenance: identify needs, plan and coordinate civil engineering and painting work, control their completion, and perform final checks.
• Operational work: directly carry out routine maintenance work, small repairs, fittings, and interventions necessary for the proper functioning of buildings and infrastructure.
• Technical monitoring of buildings (BMS): ensure the proper functioning of building installations, notably heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary facilities, water, and gas. Collaborate closely with the Maintenance department to organize interventions and ensure the follow-up of technical problems.
• Management of services and events: coordinate cleaning, manage consumables and waste, organize internal fittings and moves as well as event logistics. Participate in the maintenance of outdoor spaces and snow removal.
• Security and access management: ensure the programming of keys and access, oversee the opening and closing of buildings, and report anomalies.
• Follow-up of interventions and continuous improvement: process requests via GLPI, plan interventions, ensure their follow-up in dedicated tools, enter the necessary resources for planning (CMMS), and propose improvements.
• Multisite coordination: organize activities and ensure the proper functioning of the service at the company's two sites (Bulle and Denges).

You are a hands-on person, organized and autonomous, who appreciates both team coordination and the resolution of concrete problems. Thanks to your versatility and technical skills, you know how to manage several priorities simultaneously and find solutions adapted to the needs of the company.

The following skills are required:

• A CFC in the field of building operation, maintenance, or upkeep, or an equivalent technical training
• A federal certificate related to building maintenance: a real asset
• Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of buildings and technical installations
• Experience in team supervision and provider coordination
• Good technical knowledge of buildings and applicable safety rules
• Proficiency with IT tools, notably GLPI and CMMS tools
• Strong organizational, planning, and priority management skills
• A keen sense of responsibility, service, and collaboration
• Reactivity, flexibility, and a solution-oriented mindset
