Your tasks

• Program and operate laser machines, especially in the area of initial production
• Analyze and optimize production processes as well as identify and implement potential for improvement
• Ensure quality and check manufactured parts according to the specified quality standards
• Coordinate and resolve malfunctions as well as ensure maintenance, cleaning and care of the machines and operating resources
• Accompany new systems and processes and actively support their introduction
• Participate in day-to-day business and ensure a smooth production process together with the team

Your profile

• Completed technical training, e.g. as a precision mechanic, electromechanic, electronics technician, mechanical engineer or in a comparable profession
• At least 4 years of professional experience in a technical or production-technical environment
• Strong technical understanding as well as good PC user skills
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working with a high sense of quality and responsibility
• Team player with initiative, flexibility and resilience – you set priorities and make decisions independently
• Very good German skills as well as willingness to work occasional shifts; English skills and experience with printed circuit boards are an advantage
