We are a real estate service company headquartered in Immensee (SZ) and part of the C. VanoliGruppe. To strengthen our motivated team, we are looking for a real estate manager*in immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
Independent management of your own real estate portfolio (residential and commercial)
Organization of property maintenance, coordination and placement of orders for repairs and damage cases
Contact person for tenants, owners, authorities and caretakers
Accompanying renovation and conversion projects
Qualification / Profile:
Completed commercial basic training
preferably you have specialist further training (real estate manager*in with FA) or three to four years of experience in real estate management
good manners, resilient, persistent and good assertiveness
high flexibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Precise and independent way of working
Experience with RIMO R5 is an advantage
