Your Task ##

• Responsible for processing from the preparation of quotes to invoicing
• Planning and organization of international transports via truck, air and sea freight incl. ensuring customs regulations
• Preparation of the required export documents (certificates of origin, customs documents etc.)
• Correspondence with authorities, chambers of commerce, freight forwarders and customers in (D/E) possibly additionally in French
• Close cooperation with the production, logistics and sales departments

Your Profile ##

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in export
• Several years of professional experience in export mandatory
• Flawless language skills in German, additionally good language skills in English in W/S
• Confident handling of ERP system and good knowledge of the MS-Office suite
• You are flexible, reliable and a committed personality with initiative
