For an internationally leading manufacturer of high-precision grinding machines, we are looking for a

Head of Manufacturing/Programmer (m/f/d) ###

Your Tasks ###

• Leadership, deployment planning and coordination of a production team of around 6 employees
• Ensuring the timely manufacturing of drawn parts with CNC machines
• Ensuring high availability of the manufacturing machines
• Recognizing and solving bottlenecks and problems in daily business, in cooperation with production planning
• Creating CNC programs incl. creating the associated documentation
• Manufacturing (milling/turning and grinding) of high-quality machine parts (cast iron & steel) in small series or single parts

Your Profile ###

• Completed basic mechanical training, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry
• Several years of experience in production in the field of CNC turning and CNC milling
• Very good knowledge in programming CNC programs (Esprit experience is an advantage)
• Experience in the personnel and technical leadership of employees
• Sound experience in production planning
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
