Our client is an engineering office recognized for its expertise in electrical building installations. Active in energy renovation projects, infrastructure modernization, and complex buildings, it supports public and private clients with a resolutely multidisciplinary approach. In order to pursue its development, it is now looking for an Electrical Project Team Manager to lead about ten engineers and support the technical quality as well as the performance of projects.

• You ensure the management and development of a team of approximately ten engineers and project managers specialized in electrical installations.
• You manage the project portfolio by ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives, while supporting project managers in their technical decisions.
• You foster collaboration between the different technical disciplines, notably HVAC, BIM, and automation, in order to propose coherent and high-performance solutions.
• You participate in the continuous improvement of working methods, design standards, and internal processes.
• You develop a relationship of trust with clients and contribute, through your expertise, to the reputation of the office among partners and clients.
• You are an HES, EPF engineer or benefit from training deemed equivalent in electrical engineering.
• You possess solid experience in electrical building projects, ideally acquired in an engineering office in Suisse romande.
• You have confirmed experience in managing technical teams or a real aptitude to support and grow employees.
• You are comfortable with the coordination of complex projects and exchanges with various interlocutors, both technical and decision-making.
• You demonstrate unifying leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative approach.
