To strengthen the executive management, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded and at the same time operationally strong personality as Head of Finance \& Controlling / Member of the Executive Management In this versatile function, you will assume overall responsibility for finance and controlling and will also work operationally in central topics. Together with one employee in accounting, you are responsible for financial statements, budgeting, forecasts, and reporting, as well as treasury and risk management. A particular focus is placed on product and manufacturing cost controlling as well as the establishment and further development of a transparent key figure and control system. Furthermore, you will drive the consistent use and further development of the newly introduced ERP system proAlpha as well as the digitalization of the associated processes. In the future, you will also assume leadership responsibility for the HR area and work in a team on IT and digitalization topics. As a member of the executive management, you will work closely with the Managing Director and actively help shape the organizational and strategic development of Kaltband AG. You have a sound business administration education and bring several years of experience in a responsible finance and controlling function of a manufacturing industrial company. You have mastered finance and accounting, controlling, financial statements, forecasting, as well as product and manufacturing costs from your own practical experience. You think entrepreneurially, work analytically and in a structured manner, and at the same time possess the necessary hands-on mentality to tackle and implement topics yourself. Experience with an industrial ERP system, ideally proAlpha, as well as interest in digitalization and the further development of structures and processes complete your profile.
