The B medicine unit is a general medicine unit in acute care and specialized in oncology. Its multidisciplinary team welcomes patients 24h a day and 7j on 7j Your missions: • Accompany and supplement, in an autonomous manner, patients in their activities of daily living according to their needs, their habits and their values • Respect the established care plan, as well as the criteria of safety, efficiency, economy and comfort of the persons • Collaborate in the collection of data and perceive the health potential and the resources of the patients and relatives, promote their maintenance and encourage their development • Accompany patients and their relatives in crisis situations and end-of-life • Contribute to the improvement of the quality of care • Maintain order and hygiene in the environment of the patients and in the unit in general • Ensure the management of material • As an ASSC in collaboration with the nurse and in interdisciplinarity, take charge of stable patients Your profile: • Holder of a CFC of Assistant in community nursing and health • Experience in an acute care unit, an asset • Knowledge of hospital hygiene rules • Good knowledge of usual office tools Your skills: • Ability to organize one's work in an autonomous manner • Flexibility, availability and capacity for adaptation • Anticipation and sense of initiative • Management of stress and unforeseen events • Dynamism and open-mindedness • Ease in working in a multidisciplinary manner Additional information • Place of work: site of La Chaux-de-Fonds • Start of duties: from 1 August 2026 or to be agreed upon in a fixed-term contract for a maximum duration until 31 December 2026 • Information: Monsieur Jérémy Bouhelier, Deputy head department nurse medicine, oncology, intensive care and continuous care, +41 79 559 54 90
