• Lead employees in technical and personnel aspects, carry out personnel deployment planning, and ensure efficient operations together with the team
• Ensure smooth management processes, organize the corresponding reports and events and record minutes if necessary, and report regularly to the superior level
• Provide the deployment, training, and logistics infrastructure, manage the associated equipment, and ensure its hygiene-, law-, and safety-compliant maintenance
• Coordinate and harmonize the needs of internal and external customers and maintain the availability, functionality, and quality of the systems and facilities
• Implement legal requirements in the areas of nature, environment, and occupational safety and monitor their compliance

This makes you unique

• Completed technical or manual vocational training
• Further training as a maintenance specialist with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or equivalent training
• Experienced leadership personality with strong communication skills
• Independent, effective, and efficient way of working with analytical and holistic thinking abilities
• Very good general and specialist knowledge in the field of infrastructure and building technology
• Good SAP knowledge as well as MS-Office user knowledge
