La Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and particularly in the reception and support of people who are fragile in their physical and mental integrity during their lives. In this context and in order to complete our team, we are looking for our Centre d’Accueil Temporaire (CAT) Manureva in Orges, which has 25 reception places in psychogeriatrics: Health Assistant or Care and Support Aide (F/M/D) in CDI at 60% - CAT Manureva Regardless of their function, the professionals of Fondation Saphir have a common will, that of supporting People on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional strategy of "like at home" services. That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to allow the well-being and happiness of People. Within our temporary reception center, you support People in daily life activities, taking into account their support project, their capacities and their level of autonomy. You perform the delegated care relevant to your function and contribute to maintaining a safe, warm and stimulating environment. In collaboration with the interprofessional team or independently, you prepare, organize and lead activities adapted to the needs and desires of the People being received. Comfortable in the kitchen, you participate in the preparation of meals, snacks and culinary workshops, considered as real moments of sharing, pleasure and maintenance of capacities. You also ensure the movement of People during outdoor activities, thus contributing to the maintenance of social ties and their openness to the region. YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS You hold a CRS Health Assistant certificate or an AFP in Care and Support (ASA) or a title deemed equivalent. You possess confirmed experience in supporting elderly people, ideally in psychogeriatrics. You are comfortable in performing delegated care. You enjoy cooking and are able to prepare simple meals and lead culinary activities with the People being received. You hold a category B driver's license and are comfortable driving a minibus type vehicle (9 places). Knowledge of the Nord vaudois region is an asset. You demonstrate empathy, benevolence and an attitude centered on the well-being of the Person. You enjoy working in an interprofessional team and communicate in an adapted manner. You master French (oral and written) as well as usual IT tools.
