Systems & Networks Engineer

As part of our growth and the development of our activities in the Lémanic region, we are reinforcing our team in Prilly / Lausanne.

We are looking for a Senior Systems & Networks Engineer / IT Project Manager.

Above all, we are looking for an experienced and autonomous profile, capable of both managing complex technical environments and steering projects and supporting our clients.

Your role:

• Design, deploy and maintain systems and networks infrastructures
• Manage Microsoft environments: Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, SharePoint, etc.
• Intervene on network infrastructures, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi and security
• Participate in our Cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity projects
• Take responsibility for IT projects from A to Z: analysis, planning, coordination, migration and production deployment
• Be the preferred technical interlocutor for some of our clients
• Coordinate internal resources involved in projects and support the team's engineers and technicians
• Participate in the evolution of our Lémanic team and our working methods

The profile we are looking for:

You have several years of experience in systems and networks engineering, ideally in an IT services company / MSP.

You are technically comfortable, but also with clients. We are looking for someone professional, structured, autonomous, flexible and pleasant in human relations, capable of explaining technical subjects simply and creating a true relationship of trust.

Experience in IT project management, team coordination or in a technical lead role constitutes a real advantage.

A driver's license is necessary for interventions and appointments at our clients in Suisse romande.

Location: Prilly / Lausanne region
