Your Task ##

• Support and advise customers with written and telephone inquiries
• Carry out processing of complaints and customer grievances professionally
• Advising customers on inquiries regarding products
• Creation and recording of offers for additional services
• Ensuring the flow of information between internal and external bodies

Your Profile ##

• Successfully completed commercial basic training or comparable qualification required
• Very good German and French skills are required
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working required
• Strong service orientation and organizational talent are central
