As part of a broader support of daily business, we are looking for an ambitious, high-performing personality in the role of Deputy Managing Director Together with the owner and the CFO, you bear the overall responsibility for the location (sales, after-sales, workshop, administration) with 45 employees. This is primarily about the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy, ensuring compliance with factory specifications, as well as the further development of internal processes and digitalization projects. You yourself ensure a smooth daily routine (workshop, after-sales) and a first-class customer experience according to standards. In addition, you dedicate yourself to the maintenance and expansion of relationships with key clients and collectors. As a manager, you support your employees in achieving ambitious goals and ensure their further development. For this, you require a completed, higher education (FH level or similar), experience with demanding customers (luxury automobile, goods industry), leadership experience, as well as business fluent German and English skills (Italian and Spanish skills are an advantage).
