Your mission: assume responsibilities as a representative of the Client, being fully involved in the development and implementation of renewal projects. Concretely, you: Independently lead projects for the rehabilitation, modernization, or complete renewal of railway infrastructure, particularly in the field of bridges, tunnels, galleries, retaining walls, and protection structures against natural hazards. Manage and coordinate private offices and contractors, as well as specialists from various internal MOB services. Actively participate in the design and study of facilities; write technical documents and establish plan approval files. Develop financial planning for assigned projects; estimate costs and demonstrate profitability. Conduct different project phases, from preliminary studies to execution of work and commissioning of facilities, while respecting cost, quality, deadline, safety, and risk management objectives, and complying with public infrastructure construction processes. Minimum 5 years of experience in leading complex railway engineering structure projects. Rigorous, demanding, stress-resistant, entrepreneurial, and proactive, working both autonomously and in a team. Analytical and problem-solving skills, synthesis spirit, writing skills, confirmed communication and negotiation talent. Native French language with very good knowledge of German (B2) with the objective of being able to lead projects in the canton of Bern in German, with a workplace in Montreux.
