The residential house Horburghof offers contemporary and development-oriented living and daily structure offers for adults with comprehensive assistance needs. 21 people with disabilities and different support needs find a long-term home here. Support takes place in two residential groups as well as in the provided apartments, which are integrated into a residential complex.

Agogic Caregiver 60-80 % ##

per 1. October 2026 or by arrangement

Your role

You support people with a disability in their everyday living and take on tasks in support and care. In doing so, you help shape life in the residential group as well as daily structured offers. Key person work and health promotion are an important part of your daily work. You develop development plans, implement them in everyday life, and conduct key person conversations (including documentation). Interdisciplinary exchange with relatives as well as third parties is also part of the exciting area of responsibility.

Your profile

• Completed training (FaBe, FaGe, Heilerziehungspfleger/in) or equivalent qualification
• Experience in supporting people with disabilities and/or interest in the agogic field of work
• Sense of responsibility, independent way of working, and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work irregular hours (no night or on-call duties)
