• In-depth advice: You develop individual and holistic solutions, tailored to the life situation, wishes and goals of the female and male customers
• With commitment and competence, you ensure a high-quality advisory experience
• Solution-oriented, individual and holistic support and advice across the entire advisory and service range (basic solutions, provisioning and investing, living and financing, entrepreneurship) with a focus on financing
• Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous support of the personal customer portfolio
• Cooperation in market development measures and performance of representative tasks

• Completed banking training and further education in the banking or financial sector
• In-depth knowledge and several years of experience in credit consulting (mortgages)
