In order to complete its team, the medical management is looking for a Medical Assistant for the cardiology department of HFR Tavel

Your mission:

• welcome patients
• assist medical staff in examinations and medical procedures
• manage administrative tasks related to medical files, billing and appointments
• correction and sending of consultation reports
• coordinate the occupation of premises according to the needs of the users
• maintain stock management and cleanliness in the premises as well as in the consultation rooms

Your profile:

• CFC as a medical assistant or equivalent diploma
• proven experience in the medical field
• mastery of the French language and very good knowledge of the German language
• excellent mastery of IT tools (MS Office)
• mastery of institutional applications (Polypoint, MedFolio,) an asset
