For our growing call center division, we are looking for communicative and motivated employees for telephone appointment setting in the B2B sector. Your tasks • Telephone contact with Swiss companies • Arranging online demonstrations and consultation appointments • Friendly and professional conversation management • Recording conversations and appointments in our CRM • Consistent follow-up with interested companies What you bring with you • Very good oral German skills, ideally Swiss German • A pleasant and convincing telephone voice • Reliability, self-motivation, and perseverance • Enjoyment of clear goals and performance-related compensation • Confident handling of computers and the internet • A quiet workplace for working from home Experience in sales or call centers is an advantage, but not a requirement.
