Your tasks For our Weighing & Instrument Components (MTWIC) division, which is leading for the industrialization and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, terminals MFR-force sensors and circuit boards for the entire MT group, we are looking for a motivated person as CNC Operator 100% (all genders) at the Nänikon/Greifensee location, global operational headquarters of TOLEDO In this function, you will undertake the following activities: You are responsible for the setup and operation of multi-axis CNC machining centers (Chiron, Hermle, Nakamura) You monitor the manufacturing processes, ensure quality and optimize programs You are responsible for deburring, trowelizing, cleaning and packaging the processed products You maintain and care for the machines and the associated working, operating and measuring tools Your profile We have the following requirements for this position: You have completed training as a polymechanic or a comparable qualification You possess at least three years of professional experience and have experience in operating CNC machines (Siemens, Heidenhain) You are willing to work shifts (2-3 shifts) and are mobile Knowledge in MS-Office and SAP as well as experience with LEAN management (KVP, 5S etc.) are an advantage You have an independent and precise way of working and bring good team and communication skills You are able to communicate and understand in German Our offer What we offer: Depending on the position, we offer flexible working hours with a hybrid working model and attractive further training opportunities With us there is a 40 hour week with at least 25 days of vacation plus 4 - 7 bridge days per year Free parking spaces and a workplace with direct public transport connection are available In our own TOLEDO staff restaurant, we offer our employees healthy and subsidized catering In addition, there are other attractive additional benefits such as various cost contributions to sporting activities etc. Challenging, versatile and varied tasks await you in an innovative and international environment, with the possibility to network globally and realize your next career goal.
