We are looking for the department of social insurance a Sachbearbeiter/-in Sozialversicherungen 40-% - 50-% ## The department is a sub-area of the social services department and the link between the city and the Swiss social insurances. The employees inform and advise customers on social insurance benefits and individual premium subsidies. Your responsibility: ### • Telephone and personal advice at the counter from applicants and their representatives regarding social insurances • Receipt and review of applications for supplementary benefits • Review of applications for individual premium subsidies and new assessments • Review of health insurance obligation (health insurance control office) Your profile: ### • Basic commercial training with professional experience, preferably in an administrative environment • Good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system (ideally completion as Sachbearbeiter/-in Sozialversicherungen) • Very good oral and written expression • High customer orientation, team ability and independent working method
