This is what you can achieve • Operation, maintenance and further development of the Citrix infrastructure • Ensuring a stable, high-performance and secure Citrix operation including application provisioning • Analysis, troubleshooting and sustainable solution of disruptions in the Citrix and client environment • Supportive collaboration in client management, especially with Microsoft Intune • Configuration and management of client systems via GPO, Intune and PowerShell • Participation in operational organization and assumption of duty services (approx. 4 weeks per year) • Creation, maintenance and further development of IT documentation What sets you apart • Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, business IT specialist HF or similar with several years of professional experience • Very good knowledge in Citrix environments (Virtual Apps & Desktops, Application Delivery) • In-depth experience with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), GPO, M365 and PowerShell • Good knowledge in client management and Microsoft Intune • Experience in software packaging and IT trouble management is an advantage • Independent, structured and quality-conscious work • High willingness to learn and interest in new technologies and digital transformation • Very good German and good English skills • Advantageous: Citrix certifications, MD 102 or equivalent available or willingness to acquire them (training and further education as well as certifications are supported) Your field of action The Office for Informatics is responsible for the operation and further development of the cantonal informatics. This includes, among other things, central application and database servers in our own computer centers as well as the care of around 1-800 IT workplaces for cantonal employees.
