Tasks in the main area of plate production:

Deburring of implants according to applicable work instructions and quality specifications

Operating systems as well as setting up smaller process systems for the production of implants according to specification documents

Seamless production documentation according to valid verification documents

Optical and dimensional controls on implants including documentation of the results

Operating and supporting peripheral devices within the value chain

Ensuring order, cleanliness and care of the systems and the work area

Active participation in CIP and 6S measures

Immediate reporting of product, process or quality deviations to the supervisor
Flexible support in other areas:

Flexible support in other areas such as plate production, packaging and labeling, quality inspection, warehouse, etc., depending on current needs and operational priorities

Compliance with area-specific safety, quality and GMP specifications, regardless of the respective area of deployment

Occasional, day-long assignments at the Umkirch location are also possible

Requirements

Experience in a production environment, ideally in medical technology or in a quality environment

Careful, precise way of working and high quality awareness

High flexibility and willingness to familiarize yourself with different areas of responsibility

Teamwork skills as well as enjoyment of cross-departmental cooperation

Reliability as well as a good understanding of specifications and documentation obligations

Flexibility in working time management (e.g., shift or deployment times depending on the area) is required

Very good German in speaking and writing (B2), English is an advantage
