Tasks: Prompt serving of food and drinks as well as professional clearing of dishes Mise en place: Preparatory activities, such as setting the tables and polishing cutlery and glasses Guest care: Friendly reception, seating and farewell of guests as well as fulfilling smaller requests Hygiene and cleanliness: Compliance with HACCP guidelines, cleaning of the tables as well as general tidying and washing activities in the service and bar area Support: Helping hand at buffets, refilling drinks and with internal logistical tasks
