Insel Gruppe wants to take a pioneering role in digital medicine: With the system from the American software manufacturer Epic, Insel Gruppe operates a new, holistically integrated clinical information system, which digitally networks all locations, professional groups, and clinics of Insel Gruppe with each other. For the support and further development of medication processes, we are looking for reinforcement for our team.

What awaits you ##

• You are responsible for the further development and operation of the Epic module Willow (medication processes)
• You capture and analyze the requirements of physicians, nursing, and other professional groups and implement sustainable solutions from them
• You maintain and update the medication master data in Epic according to the professional requirements and applicable standards
• You test changes and releases and introduce them in coordination with the specialist departments
• You work closely with customers from the specialist departments and other areas of the Direktion für Technologie und Innovation
• You analyze and process malfunctions, support users in dealing with Epic, and contribute to a reliable application operation

What you bring with you ##

• Through your training as a medical information scientist or pharmacist and experience in the healthcare sector, you know the complex processes within the hospital
• You bring a good technical understanding or are willing to quickly familiarize yourself with system logics, data structures, and configurations
• You have an independent way of working and are motivated to obtain the necessary Epic certifications as quickly as possible
• You derive your motivation from the constant further development and the associated increase in efficiency of the system
• You communicate confidently in German and English
