SELFRAG AG is a Swiss team of scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs that has been building the infrastructure for a true circular economy since 2007. With our patented high-voltage impulse technology, we transform waste into valuable resources. In our plants, we recover high-quality metals and minerals from municipal waste slag that would otherwise end up in landfills. Every tonne of slag we process conserves primary raw materials and actively reduces CO2 emissions. Currently, we operate the Centro Uno plant in Full-Reuenthal (AG), while Centro Due is already under construction. For the operation of our highly innovative processing plant in Full-Reuenthal, we are looking for an immediate: Operations Manager 100% (m/f) Your core tasks are: • Operational Management: You are responsible for the industrial 3-shift operation of the processing plant and ensure the achievement of production goals. • Team Leadership: As the direct supervisor of the shift leaders, you promote a performance culture based on safety, quality, and individual responsibility. • Process Optimization: You continuously analyze production processes and implement measures to increase efficiency and maximize recovery rates. • Maintenance Planning: You coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs to guarantee maximum plant availability. • Quality Management: You monitor the production volume and ensure that the output materials meet the highest quality standards. • Occupational Safety & Environment: You bear responsibility for strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental requirements and promote risk awareness within the team. • Interface Function: You act as a central hub between production, logistics, and management and coordinate the material flows (delivery/removal). Your Profile: • Education: You have a basic technical education with further qualifications, for example as a Techniker HF, Prozessfachmann, or Industriemeister. • Professional Experience: You bring several years of leadership experience in an industrial production environment, ideally from the fields of recycling, construction materials, or heavy industry. • Technical Know-how: You possess sound knowledge in the maintenance of large mechanical plants and are experienced in managing shift models. • Leadership Personality: As an assertive personality, you are characterized by a high "hands-on" mentality and enthusiasm for forward-looking, sustainable technologies. • Values: A strong awareness of occupational safety and ecological responsibility is a matter of course for you. • Language Skills: You communicate confidently in German; English is an advantage.
