Main mission(s)
Manage the SiL integrated management system (IMS) by conducting the management review and participating in the maintenance of certifications according to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and QSC standards
Supervise the management of strategic and operational risks as well as IMS indicators, monitor the evolution of ISO standards
Supervise and manage internal audits and improve the quality and environment system
Advise the SIL management in the implementation of the governance process
Lead and coordinate the various activities of the division
Manage a small team of 4 specialists
Participate in different projects (process redesign, continuous improvement, etc.)
Profile
University Master's degree preferably in a technical field or a title deemed equivalent
CAS in the environmental field or in the field of quality management
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in managing a quality system in an industrial company
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in team management
Spirit of initiative and analysis
Strong interpersonal skills and sense of cooperation
Leadership, personal involvement, flexibility and global vision
Proficiency in MS Office tools and business software
