This is what you can expect: • Analysis and assessment of complex care situations • Active management and co-design of the care process • Ensuring high-quality and needs-oriented care • Taking over technical and organizational daily responsibility • Supporting other areas as needed • Proper implementation of medicinal therapies according to guidelines • Seamless documentation of care needs in the RAI system • Accompaniment and support of new employees and learners • Expert advice in challenging care situations • Participation in planning and implementing activities for our residents This is what you bring: • Completed training as a Dipl.
