LEITER DISPOSITION & LOGISTIK im Bauumfeld Your tasks: Overall responsibility for the central area of the organization, coordination of all business activities in the logistics and disposition area Technical, organizational and personnel management of a team of around five specialists Control of the comprehensive deployment planning of the local logistics location and all service and transport specialists Monitoring and planning of transports, equipment, materials and special products Regular control and improvement of operational processes in close coordination with other specialist groups Interdisciplinary cooperation within the entire company on special projects, close contact with the site management Your profile: Technical training in the technical field (building technology, construction, crafts, etc.) with possible further technical training, possibly additional training in business administration and/or management or equivalent career path Several years of professional experience in logistics and/or disposition environment (advantageous in a company with a flat hierarchy and direct operational processes) Performance record in a technical and, if possible, leadership role in a demanding company in the building technology, industry or construction industry German as mother tongue, knowledge of a second national language or English advantageous, high organizational and leadership competence Ideally good knowledge of the local market and regional environment, occasional willingness to travel in the region, explicit desire for further development Can I inspire you to take on a decisive role in a multicultural and competent company?
