Receptionist – Luxury Universe (M/F) – Long-term temporary mission Missions: Ensure high-end, personalized, and irreproachable welcome for a demanding and international clientele. Manage physical and telephone reception with professionalism and discretion. Take charge of visitors, partners, and collaborators while guaranteeing an experience of excellence. Ensure the management of meeting rooms and the coordination of reservations. Perform various administrative tasks and ensure the follow-up of internal requests. Collaborate with the different departments in order to guarantee a fluid and high-quality service. Permanently ensure the image and the standards of excellence of the company. Profile: Training in hospitality, reception, tourism or similar field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a high-end environment, luxury, prestige hospitality or a similar function. Irreproachable French (spoken and written). Fluent English indispensable; any other language constitutes a real asset. Excellent presentation, sense of service and confidentiality. Elegant, proactive, organized personality oriented towards customer satisfaction. Ability to manage priorities with calm and professionalism in a demanding environment. Swiss residence mandatory.
