Your tasks You analyze the existing system, data, and process landscape in the area of knowledge products and make improvement potentials visible. develop a pragmatic digital target architecture for platforms, data flows, content systems, and knowledge products together with the specialist departments. translate functional needs into clear requirements, roadmaps, and decision-making bases. think about digital solutions consistently from the perspective of customer benefit, product logic, and commercial potential. support the further development of knowledge products, platforms, and digital offerings. coordinate digital further developments, integration projects, and pilot projects with IT, external partners, and internal stakeholders. help build clear structures for data, content, interfaces, roles, and responsibilities. Your profile You have a completed degree in Business Informatics, Digital Business, Computer Science, or a related field. bring several years of experience in Business Engineering, Requirements Engineering, process management, or in the further development of digital platforms. have very good knowledge and practical experience with digital platforms, APIs, data models, content systems, XML structures, and AI/LLM applications. do not only understand these topics conceptually but can translate them into requirements, interface logics, system decisions, and concrete implementation steps. bring a good understanding of digital products, business models, customer benefit, and commercial contexts. understand how systems, data, interfaces, and business processes interact. work in a structured, independent, and pragmatic manner. can mediate between specialist departments, IT, external partners, and management and explain technical content understandably.
