Platform Engineer - Windows & Automation 80-100%

With your know-how in Windows Engineering, Terraform and Ansible, you automate processes and implement Infrastructure as Code. In this way, you enable secure, standardized and highly automated system provisioning and move PostFinance sustainably. What you can achieve You develop, operate and optimize our central Windows platform and are responsible for its architecture, engineering and lifecycle management You automate the provisioning and configuration of Windows systems with Terraform and Ansible You implement the "Everything as Code" approach and drive the standardization of our infrastructure You integrate security, compliance and governance requirements from the start into our platform services You ensure that our platform remains secure, stable and future-proof You share your knowledge with enthusiasm and contribute to establishing a modern engineering culture What you bring with you Basic training in platform or application development EFZ as well as ideally experience in engineering and in the automation of Windows infrastructures Knowledge of Windows as well as in tools such as Terraform and Ansible and application of Infrastructure as Code in everyday life Experience with API-based integrations and modern engineering practices Holistic thinking taking into account architecture, security, operation and user experience Willingness to take on responsibility and act independently Interest in new technologies as well as continuous further education, curiosity and willingness to learn German as a native language and good English skills Wage equality Openness and transparency are part of our culture - even regarding wages. For this position, the annual salary for a 100% workload is between CHF 85-000 and 105-000.
