Your tasks You * plan and realize marketing and communication campaigns via digital and classic channels, including newsletters, e-mail marketing, and event communication. * design and produce diverse marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and other promotional media in compliance with the corporate design. * manage and further develop our digital presence by creating social media content as well as maintaining and optimizing websites, event pages, and online shops. * work closely with project managers and implement targeted marketing measures for the successful commercialization of events, courses, and continuing education offers. * analyze the performance of marketing activities, create reports, and derive optimization measures to increase reach, registrations, and customer loyalty. Your profile You * bring training or further education in the field of marketing, communication, or graphic design and have practical experience in a comparable function. * convince through strong design skills, a high awareness of quality, as well as sound knowledge of layout, design, and common graphic programs. * work independently, structurally, and reliably and take on the operational implementation of marketing and communication measures with commitment and personal responsibility. * have experience in newsletter and e-mail marketing as well as a good understanding of reporting, analysis, and the measurement of success of marketing activities. * communicate stylistically confident in German, have French language skills, and are proficient in MS Office applications.
