Accounting Clerk 60% (immediately or by arrangement)

Your tasks

Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconciliation of accounts and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Payment transactions and dunning management
Payroll including reporting personnel changes to social insurance providers
Support in the preparation of VAT returns
Filing and maintenance of accounting documents
Contact person and interface for the external fiduciary office (financial statements and VAT returns are handled externally)

Your profile

Commercial basic training
Several years of professional experience in accounting
Proficient use of MS Office, experience with common accounting software
Independent, exact and reliable way of working
Teamwork skills and discretion in handling sensitive data
Good German skills, French is an advantage
