To support the Head of the Care Center, we are looking for a Deputy Head of Care Center 80 - 100% as of 1.1.2027 or by agreement. Your tasks You represent the Head of the Care Center during his absence and support him in operational and strategic management Technical and organizational management of the secretariat and resident administration Responsible for complaint management, quality management, as well as support in handling demanding conflict situations Technical responsibility and further development for the resident administration system Nexus Implementation of cantonal projects such as EPD or care bed planning Care of external contacts such as doctors, hospitals, authorities, relatives, etc. Your profile An education and further training corresponding to the tasks Leadership experience, with an advantage in the institutional or social sector You communicate safely at all levels.
