Head of Care & Nursing / Member of the Management Board (80-100%)

The IKA Rosengasse is the joint old age and care institution of the municipalities of Fehraltdorf, Russikon and Weisslingen. With 32 care places and 23 old age apartments, it offers older people a home that combines self-determination, security and quality of life. Looking to the future, the co-design of a new building or renovation and the strategic reorientation of the institution are at the center of an exciting development phase (see also www.rosengasse.ch). To strengthen our committed team, we are looking for an empathetic and experienced person to take on the role of Head of Care & Nursing / Member of the Management Board (80-100%) Your main tasks: • Technical, personnel and organizational management of the care and nursing team in cooperation with the deputy and theme carriers • Ensuring and further developing the holistic, high-quality care for the best possible individual care of the residents • Responsibility for the economic use of personnel and material resources • Management of the nursing documentation BesaDoc (conversion in autumn to Rai LTCF) • Educational responsibility in cooperation with the vocational trainers and main responsibility for the training and further education of the P&B department • Solution-oriented cooperation, in particular with the Head of Hotel and Gastronomy, as well as with the home doctor and external service providers • Member of the management board and assumption of various administrative and representative tasks (e.g. creating and changing duty schedules, presence on holidays and events) • Responsible for admission inquiries (old age center and old age apartments) Your profile: • Dipl. nursing specialist HF / FH • Experience and expertise in gerontology and palliative care (desirable) • Leadership training and experience, as well as pronounced technical, self and social competence • Conceptual and organizational skills, networked thinking and basic business knowledge • Flexibility, resilience, empathy and a high degree of responsibility • Pronounced social and communicative skills and a winning appearance • Very good German language skills (word and writing) and willingness to take on administrative tasks • Skilled in the use of MS Office and nursing and planning applications (GeoCon) We offer: • Dynamic and varied leadership task • A pleasant working environment in a committed team that cultivates a du culture among each other • Scope for design ideas and concepts • Training and further education opportunities • Working hours to be designed • Performance-based compensation in accordance with cantonal guidelines and attractive social benefits • Free parking and other benefits Have we sparked your interest?
