Your profile:

• Successfully completed training in the automotive sector, for example as a retail specialist, automotive spare parts salesperson, automotive specialist, mechatronics technician or equivalent.
• You speak French and German fluently.
• Experience in sales or sales processing.
• Ideally, you have initial experience in team supervision.
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Dynamics) and office software, as well as general IT knowledge.
• You are distinguished by a keen sense of customer service.
• You communicate in an open, clear, and constructive manner.
• Great capacity for initiative, solution-oriented, and having team spirit.

Your role:

• Welcoming and advising customers in French and German.
• Autonomous handling of complaints and returns.
• Processing customer orders by telephone and in writing.
• Performing administrative tasks related to our wide range of products.
• Managing simple customer accounting.
• Ensuring the replacement of the branch manager in their absence.
