Here, we accompany people in mental health crises, advise relatives as well as professionals, and ensure appropriate and timely follow-up treatment through a sound assessment. Anyone working in this area takes on a responsible and varied task at a central interface of psychiatric care. We are looking for immediate start or by arrangement for a dipl. Pflegefachperson (a) - Triage / Notfall 80 -100% ## Responsibilities You bring calm and structure to dynamic situations, prioritize safely, and act based on sound professional knowledge. In exchange with doctors, nursing, social services, and partners in the network, you shape initial contacts in a binding and appreciative manner, even when things have to move quickly. • Telephone and personal initial contacts as well as counseling of those affected, relatives, and professionals • Independent conduct of initial assessments, emergency interviews, and crisis interventions - if necessary, also outreach-based • Triage into the offerings of the Psychiatric Service as well as organization of demand-oriented and sustainable follow-up treatment • Active networking and cooperation with referrers, authorities, and other partners of the psychosocial care system in the Emmental Profile • Completed training as a nursing specialist in psychiatry HF/FH • At least two years of professional experience in psychiatry, preferably in an inpatient setting • High level of independence as well as the ability to prioritize safely in complex and dynamic situations and to make responsible decisions • High capacity for reflection, combined with the willingness to continuously develop one's own actions and to contribute constructively to interprofessional exchange • Team-oriented personality with enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation and an appreciative manner with patients, relatives, and network partners • Good oral and written communication skills as well as a confident appearance in demanding conversation situations • Recovery-oriented basic attitude and interest in networked, systemic cooperation Information Further information will be gladly provided by Beatrice Graf, Head of Psychiatry, Telephone: +41 34 421 27 48.
