Workload 80 - 100% Contract permanent Start date immediately or by arrangement Tasks <br /> • You develop, plan, and implement marketing measures and campaigns in our marketing automation platform (BSI) • You lead projects for the further development of our marketing automation solution and successfully implement new ideas • You work closely with internal stakeholders from sales, IT, and communication as well as external agencies and coordinate the cooperation • You analyze customer behavior, customer data, and the performance of our campaigns, derive optimization measures, and continuously develop our processes • You advise and support our digital marketing team in the implementation of marketing measures, for example, in newsletter or WhatsApp marketing <br /> Requirements <br /> • You have a completed degree in the field of business administration, marketing, or a comparable education and/or bring professional experience in this environment • Ideally, you have experience in digital marketing and project management • You are interested in marketing automation and campaign management; initial practical experience is a plus • You bring a basic technical understanding of web and email technologies (HTML, CSS) • You convince through your organizational talent, your initiative, and your confident appearance • You communicate fluently in German; French language skills are an advantage • You work independently, pragmatically, and solution-oriented and find your way quickly into new topics • You think analytically and in networks and move confidently in exchange with a wide variety of stakeholders <br /> What we offer We offer you a modern, dynamic working environment in which you can contribute your skills and your personality every day and thus make a difference.
