You autonomously ensure the entire payroll cycle for several establishments, representing a population of 700 to 850 employees. You prepare, control and close monthly salaries taking into account the many variables specific to the hotel industry and the provisions of the CCNT. You ensure the monitoring of data transmitted by the different sites, manage deadlines and identify any anomalies. As a true reference interlocutor, you support employees, managers and HR teams on payroll-related questions. You also participate in the monitoring of HR indicators and the continuous improvement of processes.

Profile sought
-----------------

Benefiting from proven experience in payroll management in Switzerland, ideally in a complex and multi-site environment, you master the entire payroll process. You are particularly comfortable with large volumes of data and the many variables related to the hotel sector. Organized, rigorous and autonomous, you know how to manage priorities and respect sometimes short deadlines. Your sense of service, your discretion and your excellent analytical capacity allow you to be a reliable partner for operational teams. Perfect mastery of French is indispensable and knowledge of Mirus constitutes a real asset.
