Within the Research & Development department, we offer a demanding position:

Your future missions

You will take charge of development projects as well as technical assistance tasks in the field of tribology, with a particular focus on issues related to lubrication processes as well as lubrication instructions for quartz movements. You will also be required to perform characterization analyses via optical profilometry and tribometry.

You will scout, propose solutions, and carry out their evaluation and introduction, in close collaboration with our various laboratories and production services.

Furthermore, you will provide technical expertise in your field of activity to both various internal services and to Swatch Group companies.

Your aptitudes and skills

You have an Engineer training at MASTER HES level or another degree deemed equivalent.

As an additional asset, you have several years of experience in the fields of tribology.

Dynamic and creative, you distinguish yourself by your open-mindedness and sense of responsibility. Comfortable in human contacts, you seek teamwork.

Languages

Native French or German speaker, you possess good knowledge of the other language, and are motivated to communicate in these two languages. Good knowledge of English would be an asset.
